[Key Responsibilities]

  • Design and enhance the architecture of a global live commerce platform
  • Lead backend system design and provide technical leadership for global short-form services
  • Plan, build, and manage infrastructure strategy for global services
  • Define the technical direction and develop core systems for new B2C services
  • Solve complex technical challenges and lead the backend engineering team


[Qualifications]

  • 10+ years of experience in backend development
  • Proficiency in Java and the Spring framework
  • Familiarity with Unix environments and command-line tools
  • Solid understanding of network programming
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Business, etc.)
  • Analytical and execution capabilities to define and solve complex problems structurally
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and propose technically innovative approaches
  • Experience in technical mentoring and code reviews within the team
  • Strong ownership and persistence in solving difficult problems
  • Ability to proactively identify and resolve technical issues independently


[Preferred Qualifications]

  • Experience with network libraries such as Netty or Vert.x
  • Experience in designing and operating architecture in cloud-native environments such as AWS, Kubernetes, and Docker
