We usually review applications promptly and provide results within three business days.

Is Shoplive eligible for the military service exception program (Industrial Technical Personnel)?

Shoplive is not a designated company under the Military Service Exception Program, so applications through this system are not available.

Can I still apply if my years of experience don’t match the job description?

Yes, you can. The listed years of experience indicate the expected level of proficiency for the role and do not limit eligibility to apply.

Assignment Stage

For which positions is the assignment stage conducted?

Currently, the assignment stage is conducted for Front-end positions.
Applicants who pass the document screening will receive separate instructions for the assignment.

How is the assignment stage conducted?

The assignment stage is based on a task designed by Shoplive. 

Applicants who pass the document screening will receive detailed instructions and submission guidelines via email.

The deadline for submission is typically within one week from the date the email is sent.

When will I receive the results of my assignment?

We usually provide the results within five business days after submission.
However, depending on the review schedule or internal circumstances, it may take longer.
If there is a delay, we’ll update you separately regarding the progress.

Can I receive feedback on my assignment results?

We’re sorry, but individual feedback on assignment results cannot be provided due to internal policy.

Interview Process

How are interviews conducted at Shoplive?

Shoplive’s interview process typically consists of a screening interview followed by a main interview.
This is our standard procedure, but certain steps may be adjusted depending on the role or situation.
All interviews are conducted flexibly — either online or offline — to ensure candidates can showcase their abilities comfortably.

Is there a dress code for interviews?

There’s no formal dress code. Please wear whatever makes you feel comfortable and allows you to focus on the conversation.

When will I receive the interview results?

We usually provide interview results within 3–4 business days after the interview.
