Shoplive Korea Inc. (“the Company”) complies with all relevant laws, including the Personal Information Protection Act and the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, and makes every effort to ensure that users’ personal information is properly protected.
This Privacy Policy explains how the personal information provided by applicants is collected, used, and managed, as well as the measures the Company takes to protect such information.
Items of Personal Information Collected and Collection Methods

Required items: Name, email address, mobile phone number
Optional items: Date of birth, address, self-introduction, resume, educational background, photo, video, certifications, work experience, portfolio, career statement, desired position, desired salary, previous salary, referrer, application source, and any other personally identifiable information provided directly by the applicant in documents or attachments.
If an applicant voluntarily provides information in documents or attachments, it is considered consent to the optional collection and use of such information.If you do not consent to this use, please delete the relevant information before submission.
Purpose of Processing Personal Information
Personal information is used for conducting the recruitment process, communicating with applicants, confirming hiring results, and processing compensation and allowances.
Consent to Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
The Company uses personal information only within the scope described in the “Purpose of Processing Personal Information” section and does not provide it to any third party without the applicant’s consent.However, exceptions apply in the following cases:
When the applicant has given prior consent; or
When required by law or requested through proper legal procedures by an authorized government agency.
Retention and Use Period of Personal Information
Personal information collected by the Company will be destroyed without delay once the purpose of its use has been fulfilled.
If the applicant requests deletion, the information will be immediately destroyed, and if it has been shared with a third party, the Company will instruct the third party to do the same.
Procedures for Destruction of Personal Information
Personal information is destroyed without delay once the purpose of collection and use has been achieved.
(1) Destruction Procedures
Information provided by applicants or collected for tax withholding purposes is transferred to a separate database (or stored in a secure file cabinet for paper records) and retained for a limited time under internal policies and relevant laws before being destroyed.Such information will not be used for any other purpose unless required by law.
(2) Destruction Methods
Paper documents containing personal information are shredded or incinerated.
Electronic files are deleted using technical methods that prevent recovery.
Rights of Information Providers and How to Exercise Them
Applicants may at any time request to view, correct, delete, or suspend the processing of their personal information.To request deletion or suspension, please contact the Personal Information Protection Officer in writing, by phone, or via email. The Company will promptly take appropriate action.
Technical and Managerial Safeguards
The Company takes the following technical and managerial measures to prevent loss, theft, leakage, alteration, or damage of personal information:
Internal management plan – Appointment of a Personal Information Protection Officer and operation of a privacy management structure; training of personnel who handle personal information.
Access control – Management of access rights to personal information systems and enforcement of password policies.
Log management – Recording and monitoring access logs to prevent alteration or forgery.
Encryption – Passwords and sensitive information (e.g., resident registration numbers, bank account information) are stored in encrypted form.
Network security – Secure networks are used for transmitting and receiving personal and authentication information.
Anti-virus and system protection – Installation and regular updates of anti-virus software to prevent malicious intrusion.
Other security measures – Additional steps as necessary to ensure the safety of personal information.

The Company takes full responsibility for protecting personal information in accordance with this policy.However, despite technical safeguards, the Company shall not be held responsible for damages caused by unpredictable network risks such as hacking, or for disputes arising from information entered by visitors.
